Research and Development Staff

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science.
1-2 years of working experience in polymer processing or building material manufacturing, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in English.
Good knowledge in software applications; CAD drafting skill is a plus.

Main Job Description:

Conduct research and testing to develop and evaluate alternative materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize product specifications.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Evaluate existing products to enhance quality and performance.
Provide technical support to the marketing team.
