Responsibilities:
Requirements :
- Project Management: Lead and manage research projects from conception to completion, including defining objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Research Design: Develop and refine research methodologies, survey instruments, and data collection strategies to ensure the most effective and accurate data gathering.
- Data Analysis & Report Generation: Analyze research data, including quantitative and qualitative data, and derive meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Proposal Development: Assist in preparing research proposals, including defining scope, objectives, and budgets for potential projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into decision-making processes.
- Ethical Considerations: Ensure research ethics and data privacy standards are maintained throughout the research process.
Requirements :
- Have working experiences in the research industry for a minimum of 3 years
- Understand research process & methodologies: Usage & Attitude / Central Location Test / In-home Placement / Customer satisfactory / Brand health tracking/ etc & know when to apply them)
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (Interviews, focus groups, polls, surveys etc)
- Data Driven ; strong analytical & critical thinking
- Proven market research analysis experience
- Excellent abilities Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Good analytical skills and experience generating research reports
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have the ability to work as a team and with clients
