- Lead the research and development efforts to ideate and design new products, packaging, and marketing materials aligned with the F&B industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights for product and marketing innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, culinary, and production to develop and execute innovative product and marketing concepts.
- Generate creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and brand positioning, ensuring alignment with the company's brand identity and market positioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovation, and consumer behavior, utilizing insights to drive creative and strategic decisions in product and marketing development.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in research and development, design, or marketing preferably in the food and beverage industry (F&B).
- Good negotiation skills and effective leadership.
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to speak English
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
