- Lead and manage the procurement team responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to meet marketing needs.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to fulfill marketing demands, including price negotiations, contract terms, and supplier relationship management.
- Ensure smooth procurement processes from purchasing to goods delivery, ensuring received goods' quality and quantity meet standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand promotion and marketing campaign needs, and develop procurement plans that support the company's marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain good relationships with key suppliers, regularly evaluating supplier performance to ensure optimal service quality.
- Conduct regular reporting on procurement performance and make recommendations for process improvements or enhancements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement, preferably in the food and beverage industry (F&B).
- Good negotiation skills and effective leadership.
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to speak English
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
