Scrum Master

Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews) and ensure smooth Agile practices.

Ensure proper clean code and clean architecture practices throughout the development cycle.

Design, code, and test software with a focus on high quality and maintainability.

Manage unit testing and promote a test-driven development culture.

Optimize and deploy applications using cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Implement microservices and containerization strategies for scalable applications.

Drive problem-solving initiatives and guide the team in overcoming technical challenges.

Foster a collaborative team environment, building strong relationships across functions and ensuring effective communication.

Minimum Qualifications: Has at least 7 years of experience working as a developer.

Has at least 1 year of experience working as a Scrum Master.

Able to design clean code, clean architecture, implement unit testing, and understand the entire SDLC process: Requirement, Design, Code, Test, Deploy.

Has work experience in the banking or fintech industry.

Has strong knowledge of OOP, microservices, cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure), and containerization.

Has strong communication skills. Able to be a problem solver and build good collaboration within the team.

Has experience working in an Agile environment using Jira.
