We are seeking Specialist, GQS Master Data based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Responsible for maintaining defined data in SAP (Material master, PIR, Source List, Pricing conditions) to ensure information availability and customer support capability for quotations and orders within defined supply chain.

Quickly processes request for item extension as defined by Global Quotation Support.
Extends and maintains item data globally according to defined guidelines and processes.
Adheres to lean processes and KPI requirements set by the Manager, GQS Master Data.
Cross trained within Global Quotation Support to be able to support Technical Support, Receiving and Cost Estimation.
Reporting and logging of issues related to ticketing tool and following up to make sure issues are resolved.
Minimal travel may be required.

Authorized to develop, define and implement global quotation support material master data strategy as directed and within guidelines established by the direct management and SVS and Metso Outotec policies and procedures.

WHO YOU ARE:
Essential

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in sales support, supply chain or material data management.
Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
Must possess exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
Experience with Item Management within SAP.
Extensive experience in SAP data processing.
Strong familiarity with IT tools and ERP/integrated system (SAP)
Mandatory proficiency in English (written, listening, and speaking).
High proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Excellent communication skills.

Desirable

Experience with Global Data Management is a plus.
Possession of a relevant degree, certification, and technical skills.
Background in the mining, aggregates, or engineering sectors.
Knowledge of Metso products and the distribution and logistics network.
Proficiency in articulating and communicating expertise-related topics.
Understands customer, competitor and supplier development, trends and technologies.
Highly motivated, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Competence in working within a multicultural and multilingual setting.
Ability to efficiently and accurately handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong skills in organizing, prioritizing, decision-making, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
