What You'll Do

• Deliver expert consultation for government-related projects, including the development of case proposals and efficient process management
• Actively engage with relevant client counterparts, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships
• Regularly report project progress to leadership teams, offering insights and recommendations under the guidance of senior consultants and project leaders.
• Support the delivery of selected project modules, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with project goals.

What You'll Bring

• Relevant work experience of min 3 years post-graduation.
• Experience in government/SOE related cases/projects
• Potentially have track record with long term transformation/ implementation cases
• Strong relationship management, connect with clients.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and strong drive to learn and self-development
