- Compile and process payroll data for NSBI and NSBLI, including both automated and manual data entry.
- Coordinate with payroll outsourcing teams to ensure accuracy and timely payroll execution.
- Gather, validate, and report attendance and overtime data to support accurate payroll processing.
- Prepare and maintain various payroll-related reports, including: Payroll Journal, Leave Provision, Accrual Report, Statutory Payment Contribution, Pension Fund and Tax Reports
- Manage employee registration processes for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Calculate and process THR and bonus payments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
