Job Descriptions:

Testing estimations and prioritisations within sprints
Reviewing of test artifacts such as test cases, testrail reports, automation scripts, reported bugs on different environments and/or RFCs (if any)
Setting in collaboration with EM/HOE and tracking quality metrics
Raising the quality bar by applying the best quality practices and testing techniques
Regular 1:1s with direct reports and their leader (EM or HOE)
Pushing for automation skill sets within the team and automation first testing approach
Hands-on with 1 or more features
Participating in scrum events and tribe level OKR discussions
Setting squad specific OKRs driven through tribe OKRs

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with implementing test automation using automation test tools (cucumber, selenium, etc)
Knowledgeable in release pipeline process
Knowledgeable in web services and REST API
Knowledgeable in SQL (My SQL/Postgre SQL)
Experience in coding/scripting skills in one of the following: Ruby, PHP, Javascript, Python
Passionate as a problem solver
Proactive, vigilant, responsible, and collaborative
