Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate projects using initial drawings, location information, or tender documents.
  • Interact with suppliers and workers to formulate pricing decisions.
  • Review variations and necessary job changes.
  • Review tender documents and manage digital storage.
  • Perform general project and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and support team performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent logical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Capability to work under tight schedules and deadlines.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong leadership qualities and team management skills.
