The Risk Control & Security team is responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for both buyers and sellers. As a Senior Risk Product Manager, you will be a part of a team that is responsible for designing, building, and commissioning products that support the business to prevent fraudulent behaviours on the platform including transactions, after-sales, and profiling.

• Perform research and analysis on the latest advanced fraud prevention methods to remediate fraud and abuse behaviours on the platform
• Identify risks from requirements of new products/features by performing an in-depth risk analysis
• Design, strategise, and apply solutions to protect the platform from fraud and abuse, such as buyer-seller collusion, scams and other malicious behaviours
• Build and apply cutting edge solutions with the technology and analytics team to improve risk detection and reduce losses borne by the platform
• Develop and oversee frameworks for tracking and monitoring risk control metrics in each critical funnel
• Work with cross-functional teams on driving critical projects to address risk and fraud problems on the platform

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above with a background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business & Economics, Mathematics, Criminology, or other related fields
• 2+ years of product manager experience and/or data analytics preferably in the e-Commerce industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of fraudulent behaviours in e-commerce
• Proficiency in SQL is required; Fundamental understanding of statistics or algorithms is a plus
• Structured, data-driven, analytical thinking, innovative
• Able to be individual and/or team contributor
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively liaise with people at all levels
