- Optimize product descriptions and images to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels to match product supply with market demand.
- Track and analyze sales data to adjust operational strategies according to market trends.
- Coordinate internal team communications with Shopee and Tik Tok platforms to ensure smooth operations.
- Execute promotional activities and marketing plans to increase brand exposure on target platforms.
- Manage customer service, including answering inquiries, processing orders, and resolving after-sales issues.
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers to promote products on Tik Tok.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of e-commerce operations experience, with experience on Shopee and Tik Tok platforms preferred.
- Passion for the cosmetic industry and understanding of cosmetic products and consumer needs.
- Good data analysis skills, proficient in e-commerce platform analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
