- Identify and contact influencers and opinion leaders within the cosmetic industry to establish cooperative relationships.
- Plan and execute collaboration projects with influencers, including product promotions, brand events, and content creation.
- Manage contracts and agreements with influencers to ensure smooth cooperation.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of collaborations, including brand exposure, product sales, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure influencer collaborations align with overall marketing strategies.
- Maintain good relationships with influencers and continuously explore new opportunities for cooperation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or social media, with experience in collaborating with influencers preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the cosmetic industry and familiarity with the needs and preferences of cosmetic enthusiasts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain good relationships with influencers.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple collaboration projects simultaneously.
