- Manage the creation and execution of advertising campaigns on Shopee and Tik Tok platforms.
- Develop advertising strategies and plans based on brand objectives and market positioning.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure ad materials align with brand image and resonate with the target audience.
- Analyze ad data to optimize ad performance, improving click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Monitor advertising budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness of ad investments.
- Keep abreast of market trends and cosmetic advertising strategies, adjusting ad plans as needed.
- Maintain communication with the ad support teams of Shopee and Tik Tok, resolving issues during ad placements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in advertising placement, with experience on Shopee and Tik Tok platforms preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the cosmetic industry, familiar with cosmetic products and consumer behavior.
- Excellent data analysis skills, proficiency in ad analytics tools.
- Good project management skills, capable of managing multiple ad campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Passion for digital marketing and social media advertising, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
