- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for Shopee and Tik Tok e-commerce platforms.
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional activities to increase brand exposure and sales.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product listings and marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets on Shopee and Tik Tok platforms to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on performance and strategy adjustments to management.
- Build and maintain good relationships with platform partners and suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of e-commerce experience, with a background in operating on Shopee and Tik Tok platforms preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the cosmetic industry and familiar with the cosmetic product market.
- Strong market analysis and data analysis skills, proficient in e-commerce platform analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market environment with the capability to make quick decisions.
