- Develop and implement marketing plans targeting cosmetic enthusiasts, including brand building, product promotion, customer relationship manage- ment, and market activities.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels in the cosmetic industry, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing activities are synchronized with new product launches and accurately convey product benefits.
- Organize and implement events and exhibitions related to the cosmetic industry to increase brand exposure.
- Track and analyze cosmetic market trends, adjusting marketing strategies to adapt to market changes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with cosmetic industry KOLS and influencers to expand brand influence.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a background in the cosmetic industry or fast-moving consumer goods.
- Familiarity with the cosmetic market and consumer behavior, understanding the needs and preferences of cosmetic lovers.
- Possess excellent creative thinking and strategic planning capabilities.
- Strong team leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with different departments and external partners.
