The Store Manager drives operational excellence within multiple stores, ensuring consistent execution of strategies and optimization of the operational dimensions (planning & effective communications, business performance & analysis, inventory management, workforce management, training & development, coffee & culture).
Key Responsibilities:
Business Performance & Analysis:

• Drives sales growth and profitability within the assigned area.
• Conducts regular performance analysis to identify and address gaps for improvement.

Inventory Management:

• Implements inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Monitors goods movement and makes necessary adjustments.

Workforce Management:

• Implements effective staffing plans to meet operational needs.
• Recruits, hires, and develops high-performing store management teams.

Training & Development:

• Identify needs and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Ensures knowledge transfer and skill development within the area.
• Ensure ongoing coaching and mentorship to foster employee growth and development in the area.

Customer Experience:

• Drives exceptional customer experience across all outlets within the area.
• Ensures consistent delivery of high-quality products, services, and store environments.
• Implements strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
• Monitors customer feedback and initiates corrective actions to address issues promptly.

Coffee & Culture:

• Reinforces Tanamera's coffee culture, mission and core values, and brand identity.
• Creates a positive and engaging work environment in all stores.

Planning & Effective Communication:

• Develops and implements area-specific operational plans.
• Communicates effectively with store managers and support teams.
• Coordinates with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-unit retail or restaurant management.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and financial reporting.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
