- Proficient in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Forklift certification and other relevant logistics certifications (preferred).
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and logistics team.
- Manage inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and manage budget for warehouse operations.
- Monitor and track performance metrics to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
