REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Store Manager or in a similar management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skill.
- Ability to motivate and guide employees to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, including sales data and budget management.
- Proficiency in POS systems and other relevant software.
- Placement: Batam.
- Customer Focus: Provide excellent customer service and train staff to do the same.
- Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the floor, including seating, table service, and cleanliness and manage daily tasks like scheduling, inventory, and team management.
- Finance: Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement and control costs and minimize waste.
- Compliance: Ensure the store follows all rules and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Develop and support your team to create a positive work environment.
