About the Role:
We are seeking accomplished professionals with deep academic expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, or Computer Science to join our team as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This role is designed for individuals with a passion for education and a proven track record of academic content development. The ideal candidates will have a Ph D in their respective field and experience in creating high-quality educational material, tailored to the needs of students.
As an SME, you will play a pivotal role in shaping engaging and accurate learning content for Bahasa Indonesia audiences. Your academic insights will help ensure that the educational materials we develop are both conceptually sound and pedagogically effective, empowering students to grasp complex scientific and mathematical concepts with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop High-Quality Academic Content:
• Design, write, and review educational content that aligns with national and international curriculum standards, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop study guides, textbooks, assessment materials, and other learning resources for students in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Break down complex topics into simplified, engaging formats that support learning and retention.
• Ensure Academic Excellence:
• Rigorously proofread and review content for accuracy, completeness, and scientific rigor.
• Ensure that the materials adhere to curriculum requirements and maintain a high standard of academic integrity.
• Stay informed about recent developments in your field and incorporate relevant updates into content when necessary.
• Tailor and adapt educational content to meet the specific linguistic, cultural, and academic needs of Indonesian students.
• Ensure that all content is developed in Bahasa Indonesia, ensuring accessibility and clarity for students, while maintaining the integrity of the original subject matter.
• Collaborative Development:
• Work closely with a team of educators, content developers, and project managers to develop cohesive and comprehensive learning materials.
• Engage in peer reviews and provide feedback to colleagues to maintain the quality and consistency of the content.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions to innovate and enhance learning strategies and approaches.
• Quality and Integrity:
• Maintain a strong commitment to educational ethics, ensuring that all content is factual, unbiased, and designed to support genuine learning outcomes.
• Develop content that reflects inclusivity, encourages critical thinking, and nurtures curiosity in learners.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Ph D in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, or Computer Science from a recognized institution.
• A strong academic track record with a deep understanding of the subject area at the secondary, higher secondary, or undergraduate level.
• Experience:
• At least 3-5 years of experience in academic content writing or curriculum development.
• Proven experience in developing academic materials such as textbooks, problem sets, instructional guides, or e-learning content.
• Experience in teaching or academic research is an advantage but not essential.
• Skills & Expertise:
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to create content that is both academically rigorous and student-friendly, with attention to pedagogical best practices.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in content creation, with an ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with content creation tools (such as MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with educational technology platforms.
• Ability to work within digital learning environments and adapt content for online or hybrid education models.
