- Candidate Searching: Utilize various platforms and tools to source and identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assisting on Board Process: Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
- Administration: Handle various administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team.
- Educational Background: Degree in Psychology or a related field is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
- Experience: Prior experience in a recruitment or HR-related role is an advantage but not mandatory.
