1. Responsible for End to End Hiring and Selection Process for Tech and Non-Tech position
2. Advertising Vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in range of media and job portal, attract candidates and build relationship
3. Deeply understand candidates through interview or other assessment methods
4. Propose candidate to user and scheduling the selection process
5. Brief the candidate about the salary and benefits of the job and career development opportunity
6. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangement
7. In liaison with People Ops. for onboarding process of new employee
8. A team player and goal driven person
