- Creative skills to design engaging posts, including tips, testimonials, and vacancy announcements.
- Basic knowledge of content planning and scheduling tools.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and suggest improvements.
- Experience in creating content for professional or corporate accounts.
- Knowledge of video editing or reel creation is a plus.
