Job Description:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for our hiring partners (clients) from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of the right candidates, offer negotiation
- Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
- Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners; Improve and advise on current recruitment 'best practice'
- Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently
- Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward
- Helping candidates at all stages of interviews and at scale
- Personal computer and stable network
- Remote video/telephone
- At least 4 hours a day searching CV
