Job Description:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for our hiring partners (clients) from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of the right candidates, offer negotiation
• Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
• Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners; Improve and advise on current recruitment 'best practice'
• Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently
• Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward
• Helping candidates at all stages of interviews and at scale

Working Style and Requirement:

• Personal computer and stable network
• Remote video/telephone
• At least 4 hours a day searching CV
