As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct all activities related to employee medical claims matter, which include but not limited to: medical claim verification and validation based on company and insurance policy.
  
• Liaise with insurance provider related to inpatient and/or outpatient process.
  
• Act as firstliner in coping inquiries from employees regarding their medical circumstances and claims; liaising with insurance provider to provide a great customer service toward employees.
  
• Manage all data verification, completeness, thoroughness, analysis and reporting (including but not limited to: employee and their dependents personal data, trends, payment related process, and so on).
  

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in employee benefit or HR medical & insurance matters.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Excel and understands intermediate-level formulas (e.g. Pivot, etc.).
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Persistent and high stress management.
• Proficiency in English (both active and passive).
