Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and resolve Open Production Issues (OPI) related to data inconsistencies, failures, or errors.
• Perform data patching and updates in SQL databases, Redis, and Mongo DB as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and apply timely fixes.
• Use Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
• Document issues and resolution processes for future reference.
• Work in a shift-based schedule including weekends, to ensure consistent support.
• Communicate effectively with business units to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing queries.
• Hands-on experience with Redis and Mongo DB.
• Familiarity with Postman for API testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in the specified shift-based system, including weekends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in handling production support issues is a plus.
