Unsecured Credit & Acquiring Process Enablement Officer

- To conduct review on System Design and requirement documents regarding Loan Origination System (LOS) and Credit scoring enhancements within Personal Loan scope, to ensure related enhancements will meet expected results in order to uplift portfolio and acquisition business number of bookings / loan disbursements target within specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
- To review and add scenarios for testing scenarios for enhancement testing accuracy
- In order to align with TAT improvement strategy and also uplift booking strategy: To perform Personal Loan testing scripts and scenarios for Personal Loan Loan Origination System (LOS) and Credit scoring enhancements scopes, as well as to complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities within Unsecured Credit Underwriting in order to ensure respective system enhancement testing are executed accordingly within specified timeline (5-10 working days), user requirements and policy.
- In order to align with business strategy on digitalization: To ensure identified Loan Origination system defect analysis and escalation are completed within 1 working day, includes gaps within credit decision engine and surrounding system
- In order to align with business strategy on digitalization: To deliver proper system enhancement testing in order to ensure Straight Through Process Rates in Credit Underwriting Process are achieved within target (70% for Personal Loan)
- Holds authority on TEMAN application to update UAT results.
- Ensure steady timeline achievement in each User Acceptance Testing Activities for Personal Loan LOS, and credit decision engine enhancements are completed within timeline target.
- To provide BAU team with proper information regarding implemented enhancement in CCPL LOS
- Responsible to assist Unsecured Credit & Acquiring Process Enablement Manager in reassuring Credit Card and Personal Loan Loan origination system as well as credit decision engine have performed according to policy and procedures govern by Internal Bank and Regulator as well.
