Job Description
- Evaluate vendors using predefined criteria, supporting streamlined processes and efficient resource acquisition.
- Collaborate with teams to clarify data requirements for better data utilization in strategic planning.
- Update and maintain vendor databases in Microsoft Excel.
- Collect, manage, and analyze data from vendor management systems for insights.
- Extract insights from Central Data to ensure data integrity and accurate vendor records.
- Create detailed reports to aid decision-making and enhance vendor strategies.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student, preferably from industrial engineering/financial technology/related field.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) for data management and analysis.
- Skilled in creating presentations and dashboards to communicate vendor insights.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems.
- Ability to address vendor management challenges by using data to identify solutions and drive improvements.
- Strong multitasking abilities for vendor data management tasks.
- Able to work for 6 months.
- Willing to work onsite at Karawaci, Tangerang.
