Tasks
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Support the setup and configuration of computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including software updates and backups.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and security.
- Help manage and maintain company databases and other IT assets.
- Provide technical support to staff members on IT-related issues.
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Document IT procedures, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and hardware.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting computer issues and system administration tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Hands-on experience in a professional environment.

In your second year at University on a course which enables you to take an Industrial Placement Year (unfortunately if you are graduated you are not eligible).
Availability
- Start date: as soon as possible.
- Available for an internship of 6 months to 1 Year.
- 35 hours/ week.
- Dublin.
