Who we`re looking for
Home Instead's Sandyford office seeks a "Clinical Nurse Manager " to develop tailored care & service plans for clients.
This is 6 months Fixed Term Contract and community-focused role requires which requires :

Full driver's license and car
NMBI registered nurse (Mandatory)
Prior experience in Home care, Nursing home or any other Social care sector(Preferred but not mandatory)
Business acumen to ensure client satisfaction and uphold brand reputation.
Positive and compassionate attitude

What you`ll do

Meet with clients and families to discuss needs and develop tailored care & service plans.
Ensure regular quality assurance visits for clients.
Maintain update client records efficiently using IT systems.
Demonstrate open and effective communication with the Office colleagues, Healthcare workers and clients and family members
Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards within the team.
Conduct Family Education sessions as needed
Perform any and all other functions deemed necessary
