Who we`re looking for
Home Instead's Sandyford office seeks a "Clinical Nurse Manager " to develop tailored care & service plans for clients.
This is 6 months Fixed Term Contract and community-focused role requires which requires :
- Full driver's license and car
- NMBI registered nurse (Mandatory)
- Prior experience in Home care, Nursing home or any other Social care sector(Preferred but not mandatory)
- Business acumen to ensure client satisfaction and uphold brand reputation.
- Positive and compassionate attitude
- Meet with clients and families to discuss needs and develop tailored care & service plans.
- Ensure regular quality assurance visits for clients.
- Maintain update client records efficiently using IT systems.
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with the Office colleagues, Healthcare workers and clients and family members
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards within the team.
- Conduct Family Education sessions as needed
- Perform any and all other functions deemed necessary
