Accommodation/Housekeeping Assistant

As accommodation assistant, Main duties include:
- To communicate our services and facilities to guests as required.
- To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management of these
- To ensure that the guests needs and requirements are met.
- To observe all health & safety procedures and rules and attend training re same.
- Cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, ect.
- To carry out any additional duties notified to you by management concerning accommodation services and general cleaning projects.
Requirements of housekeeping/accommodation assistant
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work 4/5 shifts over 7-day week
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Love of cleanliness
