This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic New Business Sales team, focusing on driving the acquisition of new customers. We are seeking a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales who is ready to advance their career. In this role, you will handle new inbound leads while also building a pipeline of sales opportunities through your own outbound efforts, with support from the Marketing team. You will benefit from strong presales support and guidance from subject matter experts.
Location: Dublin or Reading/Milton Keynes, Hybrid
Responsibilities:
As Account Executive - EMEA, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Achieve new sales targets to meet your quota.
- Manage a territory that includes national and global organisations across various industry sectors.
- Work closely with the Sales Development Representative and Marketing teams to engage with new contacts, schedule discovery calls, and create a robust sales pipeline with target organisations.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify and create opportunities, effectively demonstrating the value of our solutions to potential clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the platform to address industry-specific challenges and tailor solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.
- Identify and address organisational needs, working together to pinpoint where our client's solutions can make a significant impact.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, guiding opportunities through the sales cycle to successful closure.
Requirements:
- Experience in the i Gaming industry, including Sports Betting and Gaming, is required.
- A minimum of one year of demonstrated success in mid-market and enterprise new business sales within a Saa S organisation with around $20 million in annual recurring revenue, managing an annual quota of $1 million in signed contracts.
- Proficiency in marketing technology, especially in CDP, personalisation, and omni-channel communications.
- Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Proven ability to close deals of at least €100k Annual Recurring Revenue, with experience in securing higher-value deals.
- Successful track record in building a sales pipeline and winning deals with target organisations.
- Exceptional organisational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus but not required).
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment with strategic thinking and excellent tactical execution.
- Proven capability to work independently and be a proactive self-starter.
- Strong commitment to personal performance with a logical, methodical approach to sales, demonstrating urgency, action orientation, and curiosity
