Cabins and Containers Ireland are seeking a Part-Time Accounting Technician to join our growing Company.
This position is a Part-Time permanent role.
Office hours are negiotable
Duties of Accounts Technicians Role;
· Assist with preparing and processing financial information
. Process Cabin hires through our Hire System
· Running invoices and monthly statements
· Weekly/Monthly Creditor payments
· Reconcile creditors monthly statements
· Purchase invoice processing
· Raising sales invoices/credit notes
· Credit control
· Accounts filing and archiving
· Assist with Creditor/Debtor queries
· Supplying copy invoices/statements to customers
· Set up new Suppliers/Customers as required
· General administration
· Assist with preparation of Monthly Management Accounts with our external Accountant Company
· Preparation and administration of VAT Returns
· Generate customer support contracts

· Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work on own initiative
· Energetic & self- motivated
Essential Requirements (Must have);
· 3+ years’ experience in a busy office environment
· Experience using accounting software systems
· Competent with Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel
Preferred Requirements (Preferred)

• Experience in book-keeping
• Full Clean Driving License

*** Salary is pro-rata based on a 39 hour week

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
