Administrator/Accounts Assistant

As part of our ongoing expansion, The Step Inn is looking for an experienced Office administrator, accounts assistant to work from our office in Stepaside Village.
The position will involve working closely with management in relation to all aspects of the business. We are seeking a versatile employee, the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Invoicing;
Wages;
VAT returns;
Sage
Taking the lead on credit control;
Filing paperwork relating to jobs;
Telephone calls to customers/reservations, booking enquires;
General office management.
Social media updates/ website / promotions
Excellent customer service skills
Must be organised & able to work to deadlines
Liase with management & kitchen on a daily basis to keep them updated on bookings etc

Candidates should be good communicators, have a positive attitude, be adaptable and keen to take full responsibility for this rather demanding role. We are looking for somebody to start the beginning of November.
Experience - must have worked in a similar position with 2-3 years experience (at least).
