Dr Eithne Brenner Aesthetic Medicine is an expert care medical aesthetic clinic offering innovative and expert led treatments. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding results, utilising advanced technologies and personalised care.
We are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our team and work with Dr Eithne Brenner (Clinical trainer and Aesthetic Doctor). We are located in a recently fitted out clinic based in the office section of Citywest Shopping Centre, Co. Dublin. We have a passion for collaboration and helping patients achieve their goals. This new addition to our team must have a love for the aesthetic industry, a willingness to learn and train, and an eagerness to build and grow with us. We are constantly adding new treatments and innovations to our suite of services. We are also developing a training academy in-house. Our focus is building relationships with our patients and making them feel themselves again with highly expert delivered treatments and exceptional medical grade skincare lines. Our ethos is to look after our patients from the start of their aesthetic journey for all of their needs. We are appointment only and offer our patients an extended consultation time to ensure we are meeting all of their concerns with a bespoke treatment plan.
Responsibilities:

• Provide quality injectables, including Dermal Fillers, Polynucleotides, Skin Boosters and Profhilo.
• Delivery of laser treatments (BBL and Moxi) with our Sciton laser machine.
• Provide skin health analysis using the Observ imaging system.
• Assist Dr Brenner where necessary, including prep for her procedures.
• Provide WOW facials, bespoke peels, and relaxing facials.
• Provide PRP, Skin Pen and Hydra Facial with LED.
• Provide stock management of products and consumables.
• Retain patients through consistent and detailed follow-up protocols.
• Provide skincare consultations, recommend retail products, and cross-promote our treatment offerings.
• Meticulous charting and documentation of patient files using our CRM system (Pabau).
• Take responsibility and accountability on following up on appointments with all patients.
• Provide instructions and guidance to include recording medical records and delivering information to patients.
• Comply with our strict patient confidentiality protocol.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations; protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Comply with professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements and complying with all regulations.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; talking with colleagues to keep abreast of developments in the industry.
• Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability as a professional nurse.
• Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of the company as an individual and as a team member.
• Contribute to generating educational content for our social media channels, newsletters, and email communications.
• Facilitate and help develop the in-house training academy and online learning portals.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner with current licensure in Ireland.
• 3-5 years’+ experience as a nurse injector is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a similar style clinic is essential.
• Professional, warm, confident, confidential, and compassionate manner.
• Experience in selling skincare and treatments essential.
• Experience with Sciton technology is an advantage but not essential as all training will be provided.

Pay: €45,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
