Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Agency Nurse to join our team in Dublin, providing critical care in a home care package setting. This role requires a strong background in acute Irish hospital experience, specifically within Respiratory Ward, ICU, HDU, TCU, Cardio Thoracic, Neurology environments. The position offers flexible self-rostering, allowing you to create your own schedule, with the requirement to include midweek shifts.
Key Responsibilities

• Specialized Care: Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients requiring NIV Nocturnal Bi Pap support within a home care environment.
• Flexible Scheduling: Self-rostering, allowing you to choose your shifts, with a mix of midweek availability.
• Patient Continuity: Ensuring reliable and consistent care for our patients by being a dependable member of the care team.
• Training: Completing two training shifts to familiarize yourself with the patient care protocols.
• Compliance: Adhering to all NMBI standards and maintaining the highest levels of patient care and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of acute Irish hospital experience, specifically in Respiratory Ward, ICU, HDU, or CCU.
• Nursing Skills: Proficiency in NIV Nocturnal Bi Pap and other critical care procedures.
• Registration: Must be NMBI Registered.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• Flexibility: Ability to work both day and night shifts, with part-time hours available.
