Fingal Farm Home and Garden is a well establshed Agri and Rural supplies Business that is based in North county Dublin . It is a busy fast paced environment. We stock a full range of Agri products, Hardware, Clothing, Footwear Fuels and Fencing.
This role is for someone who has worked in the Agri Industry and has good customer service skills!
The Main Responsibilities of the role include:
· Dealing with customers and ensuring excellent customer service.
· Managing deliveries and stock- including stock take, stock rotation & checking in of goods.
· Ensure high level of housekeeping within Agri Store & Yard.
· Work as part of a team.
· Product coding/ pricing and management of paperwork.
· Handling of money.
· Restock displays and ensure product availability at all times.
· Adhere to all company and department safety policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience Required:
· Must have experience working in the Agri Sector/ Retail/ Sales.
· Ability to engage and prioritise customer needs.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Strong communication and organisational skills.
· An ability to work on own initiative and as part of team.
· Have flexibility to work in all areas of the business.
Desirable:
· Familiar with Point of sale programs.
· Good Microsoft office knowledge.
