About the Role:As a CBRE Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for the daily design or technical development of small to medium-sized projects under the supervision of a licensed architect or project lead.
This job is part of the Design function. They are responsible for preparing and producing proposals and planning applications for internal and external partners.

What You’ll Do:

Contribute to the development of the initial phases of design, including evaluating client needs, programming, and space planning.
Assist with the creation of 2D and 3D design concepts, planning and strategies. This includes views, renderings, illustrations, and presentations.
Exercise judgment in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard design techniques and procedures.
Review product, material, and finish selections. Provide recommendations in the selection and specification of furnishings, artwork, accessories, and plants.
Prepare contract documents, submittal reviews, and RFI responses during the construction administration phase.
Help with the development of marketing pursuits and other collateral, as necessary.
Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Impact the quality of own work.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Exchange straightforward information asks questions and check for understanding of standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. An accredited architectural curriculum preferred.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
