Assistant Site Manager - Westport

Location: Corrib Oil Service Station, Westport, Co. Mayo
Corrib Oil is offering an exciting opportunity to join our growing team at our Service Station in Westport, Co. Mayo. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager who will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and contribute to the continued success and growth of the business. Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth running of the store.
Maintain a high standard of customer care, ensuring all staff are dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Ensure hygiene standards are consistently upheld according to company procedures.
Manage efficient opening and closing procedures across all areas of the store.
Oversee and participate in supply chain management, including inventory control and stock management.
Assist in the training, development, and performance management of staff.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in retail or a similar environment.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Strong skills in stock management and merchandising.
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, with availability from Monday to Sunday.
