We have a great opportunity for someone who is choosing a career in this industry as a baker/confectioner.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be enthusiastic & passionate about learning from our team of bakers, have an ability to follow instructions and repeat process' on their own, have an eye for detail and above all have a love for it.
You will learn to bake various cakes and breads from scratch. The importance of cleaning as you go through the day. Watch the team and help organize the work load evenly throughout the week so that the busy weekends are manageable. General cleaning & keeping HACCP records, finishing cakes & logs and presenting products on display for sale.
This would be an ideal position for someone whom has some experience in the catering industry but has decided baking/pastry is the path they would like to take.

Expected hours: 28 – 39 per week
