Airport staff are looking to hire a number of Baristas to join our client based in Dublin Airport. They are a dynamic and fast-paced cafe located in Dublin Airport, catering to the needs of travelers from around the world. Committed to delivering exceptional service and quality beverages, we are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Baristas.

Position Overview:
As a Barista in Dublin Airport, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service to our diverse clientele. From crafting the perfect espresso to creating intricate latte art, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each customer’s experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.

• Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders with precision and care.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe’s workstation, equipment, and dining areas.

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

* Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently. * Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times, including proper handling of food
and beverages. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work
environment. * Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the airport environment while delivering exceptional
service under pressure.
Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

* Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and develop new skills. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact
with customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
