About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an experienced barista with a passion for coffee, hospitality, and exceptional customer service. You must be a team player and have the ability to create a welcoming and relaxed environment for customers.
If you have previous experience in a busy retail or hospitality environment, then we would love to hear from you!
What it involves:

Greeting customers as the face of Nobó
Making a variety of hot and cold drinks
Assisting in the preparation and serving of additional items, from smoothies to aćai bowls.
Taking care of customer needs and requests in the kindest way possible
Operating POS system
Maintaining and practicing safety and cleanliness standards of The Treathouse
Responding quickly and sympathetically to any customer concerns
Adhering to HACCP and food safety standards
Attend team meetings

What's needed:

At least three years barista experience
Skilled latte art
Passion for our brand and ethos
A keen interest in healthy living and wellbeing
A cool and calm head
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and a sense of pride in what you do
Warm and kind personality
A can do, positive attitude!

Location:
Role is based in Dublin 6, Ireland.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €14.00 per hour
