Key Responsibilities:

• To maximize guest satisfaction by ensuring the smooth and efficient service to all customers and guests
• To ensure a professional, friendly, and courteous service always.
• To ensure that guests are warmly welcomed and informed of all the options available to them.
• To always be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, wine list, etc).
• To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently.
• Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed without exception
• Fluent level of spoken English is required along with excellent communication skills.

You will have the skills relevant to the role:

• Have a friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
• Must be well organised and be able to manage busy service periods.
• Fluent level of English
• Experience preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
• Minimum of 1 years experience required.
