We are now inviting applications for a Full Time Barista Supervisor for our Bewley's Cafe stop in Kinnegad Plaza.
We are seeking successful candidates with at least 1 year of Barista experience, along with a vibrant outgoing personality, who genuinely enjoy interacting with the public.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Treating our customers to warm and friendly service each and every time they visit the site.
• Working an all areas to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects, thus ensuring consistency every time.
• Working as part of a team, in all areas as required, treating all staff and management with respect.
• Following company guidelines/training in all aspects of food / beverage preparation, production and storage.
• At all times, portraying a professional image, both on and off the premises.
• Working with management team to increase the numbers of customers and the amount of money spent each and every day in our Cafe.
• In relation to cash handling, ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management.
• Ensuring uniform and personal appearance is complying with company guidelines.
• Constantly putting the customer first, whether first thing in the morning, or last thing at night.
• Handle complaints and incidents effectively, passing on to Supervisor/ Manager.
• Working with management team to increase the numbers of customers and the amount of money spent each and every day in our restaurant.
• Keep lobby are and customer toilets clean and tidy at all times
• To ensure all orders are completed efficiently and correctly
• Assist Management with ensuring customers receive the best quality, service and cleanliness each time they visit the Kinnegad Plaza.
• Assisting in the training and development of new staff
• Carry out all duties diligently
• Flexible to work in other areas as required
• Responds to General Manger requests
