Billing/AR Specialist
Navan, Co Meath.

The role:
As the Billing/AR Specialist, you will support the Commercial and Operational activities of our Industrial business. You will lead all aspects of our Sales Processes and Sales Document Processing within our Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will maintain all sales contracts and sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for all works undertaken by the business.
You will uphold our core values and foster a culture of trust and collaboration with our clients and delivery teams. Working closely with commercial and finance team colleagues, you will support them in the most beneficial way possible and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Create & maintain all Sales Processes within our ERP system.
Create and issue all Sales Documents to our customers.
Generate Management Information (Sales reports, aged debtors’ listings, cash collection reports) as per business requirements.
Communicate with all stakeholders regarding any queries on issued Sales Documents, status of payment and any overdue balances.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Experience of ERP systems; prior experience of SAP is an advantage.
Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues across distinct functions.
Performance driven.
Strong numerical skills are beneficial.
Prior experience in the Construction sector is an advantage.
