Medical Billing Administrator/Patient Accounts

Critical Care Partners are recruiting a motivated, diligent patient accounts administrator. The office environment is a fast paced, modern, computerised medical practice.
The successful candidate must have experience in accounts receivable in the healthcare sector, excellent communication skills, be a team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask, whilst always working positively to meet deadlines.
The role is full-time with a six month probation period. The successful candidate will work 5 days a week. (Typically 8am - 5pm or 9am- 6pm)
Role Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years patient accounts/accounts receivable experience, ideally supporting a professional team
  • High attention to detail
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational, planning and coordination skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required. Candidates must currently be residing in Ireland and be fully registered to work here with all required visas, stamps, permit etc. in place to work full time.
Administrative Duties:
  • Manage accounts receivable, all related correspondence and queries - email, post and telephone calls
  • Dealing with patient queries with discretion and sensitivity
  • Maintaining / updating records, invoices, receipts and reports
  • Reviewing / reconciling patient accounts
  • Dealing with patients billing queries with discretion
  • General office administration - preparing and editing letters and reports.
  • Liaising with hospital accounts regarding daily queries
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
