This is a Permanent Full-Time role.
The roster pattern can range from 6:00- 17:00 Monday to Friday. On occasion a Saturday tooling slot might be necessary.

Lighthouse Drinks is an award winning support business to the Irish Whiskey industry. We operate wholesale, retail, production/bottling & fulfilment departments which all come together under one roof to offer Ireland's greatest range of services to aspiring whiskey businesses.
We are currently expanding the production/bottling department and are looking for talented, motivated individual to assist and excel with tooling our bottling line.
Role Purpose:
Working on a busy production line which bottles batches of spirits (whiskey/gin/vodka) using Polarais automation equipment. All other duties as directed by shift lead/ General Manager.

Production Supervisor/General Manager
Responsibilities

• Great organizational skills- to maintain high health & safety standards
• Tool bottling line and ensure all components are ready for use when bottling team arrives
• Set-up machinery and ensure all materials are correct and readily available to use in the production process.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults; comprehend and communicate correct root cause of malfunctions to the appropriate parties.
• Palletize finished product and shrink wrap for inventory, storage and distribution
• Maintain/log all parts that are switched or removed on a daily basis
• Conducts visual quality inspections of product and enters quality information into our trackers
• Follow all SOP's to ensure all steps are followed thoroughly
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment in assigned area.
• Meet bottling targets set out by management on a weekly basis

Physical Requirements

• Speaking: Often (communicate with other operators and leads)
• Acute Vision: Constantly (observing both near and far, reading documents, monitors)
• Mobility: Frequent travel around the equipment they operate.
• Bending/Squatting: Occasional bending and squatting to clean and operate machinery.
• Dexterity: Frequent use of hands to operate machinery.
• Lifting: Lift up to 20KG
• Ability to move in a fast paced environment

Other Requirements

• HACCP experience preferred
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Own mode of transport preferred
• Hardworking, honest with strong desire to succeed
• Must be a team player
• An ability to pick up tasks and apply processes quickly
• Forklift experience/license is welcomed

Hours
The job role is Monday- Friday 8 Hour shift and the starting time can range from 6am-8am start times . When the successful candidate is selected on occasion a 4 hour tooling slot on Saturday's may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50-€15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
