About the Role
Base Location: Belfast or Dublin (this is a hybrid role with 2 days per week based in one of our offices)
Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 (NI) or €58,000 - €63,000 (ROI) + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
What is the Role?
As our Brand, Advertising and Sponsorship Executive, you will support and position SSE Airtricity (Ireland/NI) and SSE Energy Solutions (GB) as preferred suppliers within their respective markets. Working closely with the wider Brand, Advertising and Sponsorship team, this role will share responsibility to build strong brand foundations that will drive brand awareness and consideration, bring brand values to life through all customer touchpoints and ensure strong, effective, quality communications to drive lead generation. As part of your role, you will:

• Help to develop and execute integrated brand and tactical campaigns to increase brand awareness, consideration, and positive sentiment.

• Support the development and execution of sponsorship and partnership strategy to ensure commercial focus and differentiation.

• Manage key relationships with 3rd party agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign integration and KPI delivery.

• Identify cost-effective PR and brand building opportunities and working with colleagues to deliver effective communications.

• Support budget and timeline management for campaigns, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

• Demonstrable experience working in a brand specific or sponsorship role.

• A background in creating marketing campaigns for a range of integrated media channels.

• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• The ability to build strong, effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills to convey brand messages clearly and consistently.
