This a unique opportunity to join the Sky Ireland marketing team and work on our sponsorship of both our Women's and Men's National Football teams, as well as our award-winning loyalty programme Sky VIP. If you love sports and entertainment, this role is for you.

The wider marketing department is responsible for building brand awareness, consideration and demand across Sky TV and Triple Play, Premium Products, Sky Broadband and Sky VIP, making sure Sky is top of mind for consumers.

What you'll do:

• Manage and support several high-profile partnerships, including the award-winning sponsorship of the Women's National Football Team and our new sponsorship of the Men's National Football Team.
• Work with the wider to Sky VIP team to bring the sponsorship to life for customers through rewards and experiences in the My Sky app, as well as growing the wider Irish loyalty offering.
• Support the Sponsorship creative strategy across direct, online and retail channels, driving an innovative creative approach that drives consideration and demand.
• Lead creative delivery of through the line campaigns, for both Sponsorship and Sky VIP, with creative excellence.
• Responsible for day-to-day management of campaign deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
• Develop strong relationships with our creative agencies and UK marketing teams, working collaboratively as an extended part of the team.
• Work collaboratively with other marketing managers within team to ensure brand and tonal consistency remains across all Sky campaigns.
• Deliver performance targets across all routes to market.

What you'll bring:

• High standard of education - degree/Masters.
• Extensive marketing experience across multiple disciplines, with a focus on sponsorships
• Be a collaborative, highly creative person who has a passion for campaigns and sport.
• You'll also need to have experience in working in a fast-paced team.
• Excellent communicator with impeccable attention to detail, alongside being highly organised to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong stakeholder management skills. You'll be working with internal and external agencies as well as cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders so the ability to build and maintain relationships, confidently manage upwards, negotiate and provide clear feedback is crucial.

Team Overview

The Marketing Team in Dublin delivers a market leading strategy that grows our overall TV and broadband business for both Sky and NOW. We have overall responsibility for brand strategy, acquisition and trading campaigns, and digital strategy. From Brand and TV & Broadband (including product), to Digital and NOW, we ensure our products, content and experiences are expertly communicated to our customers.
