As a B2B Business Development Executive at Bodyscent International, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to cultivate new business opportunities within the B2B sector. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our vast range of products and services to address those needs.
By developing strong relationships, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer base to maximise sales and gain referrals to grow new business opportunities.
Additionally, you will undertake a wide range of sales administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of our sales function. You must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the B2B Beauty market segment.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' pain points and business objectives.
- Present tailored solutions to prospects, effectively articulating the value proposition of our products & services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
This position is office based in Kilkenny and you MUST have a mode of transport to reach our offices in Ballyfoyle, County Kilkenny.
